01 General Terms & Conditions

Welcome to 2kbd. These Terms & Conditions apply between 2kbd (referred to as the "Platform") and its users. By accessing, browsing, or registering on the platform, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2kbd reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend checking this page regularly.

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh.
• In all disputes, the decision of 2kbd shall be considered final.
• If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.

02 Registration & Account Management

You must be 18 years of age or older to open an account with 2kbd. All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. 2kbd reserves the right to cancel any account created using false information.

Each individual may hold only one account. If multiple accounts are found to belong to the same person, all accounts will be immediately closed and the funds in them may be forfeited.

• A valid mobile number and email address are required to register.
• Your account username and password must be kept strictly confidential.
• Transferring or renting your account to a third party is strictly prohibited.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact support immediately.
• Withdrawals may be restricted until KYC verification is complete.

03 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Deposits and withdrawals on the 2kbd platform are subject to specific guidelines. Transactions can be made using popular mobile banking methods in Bangladesh, such as Mobile Banking, Nagad, and Rocket.

• Deposits are only accepted from a payment method registered in the account holder's own name.
• Deposits through a third party are strictly prohibited.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours.
• Identity verification (KYC) is mandatory before your first withdrawal.
• Payments may be delayed for suspicious transactions until verification is completed.
• Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are listed on the platform's Payments page.

If a transaction is suspected to be linked to money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal activity, 2kbd reserves the right to suspend or cancel the transaction pending investigation.

04 Bonus & Promotion Terms

2kbd regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms, which are detailed on the promotions page. Please read the relevant conditions carefully before claiming any bonus.

• The welcome bonus is available to first-time registrants only.
• Specific wagering requirements must be met before a bonus can be withdrawn.
• A promotion cannot be claimed more than once.
• If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be voided.
• Attempting to claim bonuses from multiple accounts is not permitted.
• 2kbd reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time.

05 Gaming Rules

The 2kbd platform offers hundreds of games, including slots, fish games, live betting, and casino. Every game runs on RNG (Random Number Generator) technology, ensuring each outcome is completely random and fair.

• If a technical issue occurs during a game, the relevant round may be cancelled.
• 2kbd is not liable for any game interruptions caused by network issues.
• If you wish to dispute a game result, you must notify support within 24 hours.
• If a software error occurs in any game, the result of that round will be considered void.

06 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 2kbd platform. Any violation will result in immediate action.

• Using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence to play games.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus or promotion benefits.
• Attempting to access another user's account.
• Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Impersonating platform staff or employees.
• Harassing or using abusive language toward other members.

07 Account Suspension & Closure

2kbd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances.

• In the event of a breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• Registering with false or misleading information.
• Suspicious financial transactions.
• If identified as an underage user.
• Extended period of inactivity (more than 12 months).

Users may close their account at any time by contacting support. You will be given the opportunity to complete any pending withdrawals before the account is closed.
